Exchange/Return

We understand sometimes we pick up the wrong size at an event in a rush or don't like the fit once arrived. We have no problem exchanging/returning your purchase! Our return policy is as follows:

We prefer all exchanges and returns go through the mail due to us not having a brick & mortar quite yet (stay tuned), but if it is more convenient we do have a warehouse located in Concord, NC you can come by if you'd like!

To Exchange/Return via Mail

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We allow up to 30 days to return/exchange your item from date of delivery or purchase. 
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return/exchange.
  • No price adjustment for previously purchased items.
  • Support Local Apparel reserves the right to refuse a return based on the condition of the item.
  • We have a 7 day refund policy. Once your item is received and inspected we will notify you that we have received your return. We will then notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Only full priced items can be exchanged or returned, sales item can not be exchanged or refunded.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Drop Off/Pick-Up

Our warehouse is a fully functioning business outside of Support Local Apparel so we try to minimize the amount of traffic to this location. With that being said, we understand convenience. If you would like to come by the warehouse for a quick exchange/return please see the policy below:

Directions:

  • Address: 323 Corban Ave SW, Concord, NC 28025
    • Ensure it is SW and not NE. This is a common mistake and will bring you to the opposite side of Concord.
  • Once you have arrived at the warehouse, you can give us a call at (704)-707-5497 and let us know you have arrived.
  • We will meet you outside by the yellow dock door to complete the transaction.
  • Please have patience when coming by, it is a very big warehouse and takes time to get across.
